I. General terms and conditions
1. The online shop, located on the website at www.dobrefiltry.pl allows you to make purchases via the Internet.
2. purchase in the dobrefiltry.pl online shop implies acceptance of these Regulations.
II. Order placement and fulfilment procedure
3. Orders can be placed by adding products to the shopping cart and then through the 'Order' button.
4. For the order procedure to be carried out correctly, you will need to create a user account, through which you can also observe the status of the order.
5. A prerequisite for the completion of your purchase is that you correctly fill in your contact details, including a valid, existing e-mail address and telephone number to confirm your order.
6. Due to the technical nature of the products offered, all orders are confirmed and agreed upon with the customer. The availability of products is dependent on their type, quantity or other characteristics, which will be consulted with the purchaser on a case-by-case basis.
7. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Orders placed on weekdays after 1 p.m., on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
8. In the event of circumstances preventing full or temporary execution of an order, the goodfiltry.pl company reserves the right to suspend the execution of an order - it undertakes to immediately notify the Customer of the situation.
9. Orders in which contact details are incorrectly filled (non-existent e-mail, or no phone number) will not be considered.
10. The dobrefiltry.pl company reserves the right to suspend orders that raise doubts.
11. Prices of goods in the online shop www.dobrefiltry.pl are given in Polish zlotys and include VAT (gross prices).
12. the dobrefiltry.pl company issues VAT invoices for purchased goods, therefore company data should be correctly filled in, including NIP.
